Publication Decisions

Selection of articles to be published is the sole responsibility of our editorial board. In this process, they will be guided by the policies of the Journal. All legal requirements related to libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism will be looked into before publishing the article or any related research material. The editorial board will confer and refer to reviewers' recommendations in making this decision.

Review of Manuscripts

An editor’s primary duty is to ensure the originality of the submitted work by using the appropriate software. If it is found to be original, it should be forwarded to two reviewers for a single-blind peer review, each of whom will make a recommendation to accept, reject, or modify the manuscript. Normally, the review period will be up to 40 days.

Equality

Intellectual content alone will be the criterion for determining the eligibility of publication. An editor, member of the editorial board, or reviewer must evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, political philosophy, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, citizenship, or religious belief of the authors.

Confidentiality Stages

The editor is not supposed to disclose in the first stage any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, and other editorial advisers. This stage concludes with an agreement between the author and reviewers about the continuation of their cooperation in the open reviewing forum in which issues of confidentiality do not arise.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

Author’s written consent is needed to use the unpublished materials submitted in a manuscript from the author for any other related works.
